Authentication
Much time, thought and attention goes into sourcing each piece, as well as verifying the source of each piece. Each piece is thoroughly authenticated either by in-house staff, or a third-party service to guarantee authenticity. In the event you receive an item you believe is inauthenticate, please email hello@westelevenvintage.com with your order number, as well as photos and reasons as to why you believe this product is inauthentic. If you have received an inauthentic product, a full refund will be issued.
Product Care/ Condition
All vintage shoes have already lived another life and will most likely exhibit signs of wear due to their pre-owned nature, unless stated in ‘pristine’ condition. Please read the descriptions thoroughly and examine the photos closely before making your purchase. Unless an item is received in vastly different condition than what is stated in the description of the item, we cannot accept returns.
Below is the condition guide as to which all shoes adhere to:
- Pristine Condition- item has never been worn
- Excellent condition- item has extremely minor signs of wear
- Good condition- items show small signs of wear, noticeable flaws are clearly photographed
- Fair condition- items exhibit obvious signs of wear, look closely at photographs
